Best Pack is a wholesale catalogue for requesting quotes. We collect the minimum needed to answer your request, and nothing beyond it.
What we collect
When you send a request list we collect the name and mobile number you type yourself, and the item codes and quantities in your list. That is all.
We log your IP address briefly for one purpose: to stop automated flooding of the request form. It is not linked to your name and is not used to track you.
We never ask for or store payment details — this catalogue has no cart and no payment gateway; orders are agreed in a WhatsApp conversation.
Why we collect it
For one reason: to answer your quote request and confirm item availability and pricing with you.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and measurement tools
We use third-party measurement and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Statcounter, and ad platforms) to learn which pages help visitors and which ad brought you here. These tools set cookies and read general browsing data such as device type, approximate city, and referring page.
🔒 We never send your name or phone number to any advertising platform. What reaches them about a request is the item count and order value only.
You can disable cookies in your browser; the catalogue works fully without them — browsing, prices, and sending a request all keep working.
Sending a request list opens a WhatsApp conversation. What happens inside that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, not this one. We see the message you sent and your number, as in any normal chat.
Where your data is stored and for how long
Quote requests are stored in a database hosted with Cloudflare, reachable only by our sales team.
We keep them as long as needed to serve you and follow up on your account, then delete them.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp and we will act on it.
These rights are granted to you under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or why we collect it changes, we update this page and change the last-updated date at the top.
